No, Bloom Living has no fixed check-in or check-out times. Thanks to the fully digital self-check-in system, you can arrive and depart at any time.

How do I get into the underground garage?

Access to the underground garage is via the key card you receive at digital check-in from the terminal in the foyer.

Is a parking space in the garage included?

We offer three apartment types: Studio (ideal for solo travellers or couples), Premium (for couples or business travellers) and Superior (for small families or longer stays).

Bloom Living is located directly on the Landstraße in Linz, by the Volksgarten – in the middle of the shopping street and surrounded by parks on both sides of the building.

Are the apartments suitable for longer stays?

Yes, the Superior Apartment in particular is designed for longer stays. With a fully equipped kitchen, generous rooms and a quiet atmosphere, you will feel at home.

Yes, the building has its own garden. The house is also surrounded by parkland on both sides, so you live in the middle of greenery.
